With the 2025 LEC Winter Regular Season now over, fans and analysts will finally get to see the teams try out the new Fearless Draft format in Bo3 matches. Unfortunately, the LEC decided to keep the Bo1 format for the first three weeks of the season, whereas the other major regions came out guns blazing.

Regardless, we had a lot of shocking surprises and performances, given the major roster changes and the current meta shift, resulted in a much more entertaining and competitive experience for both players and fans. Having that in mind, we will go over the final Regular Season standings and see which teams were able to qualify for Playoffs.

Although many regular LEC watchers expected some chaos following the roster swaps, no one was prepared to see G2 struggle during Week 1, and for FNC, GX, MKOI, and KC to look that good. In the second and third weeks, some of the teams that were struggling managed to climb back to their form, but SK and RGE simply did not make the cut no matter how hard they tried (or didn't).

Standing Team Result
1st FNC 8-1
2nd KC 6-3
3rd MKOI 6-3
4th G2 6-3
5th GX 5-4
6th VIT 5-4
7th BDS 4-5
8th TH 3-6
9th SK 1-8
10th RGE 1-8

From the table above, we can now say that only RGE and SK were unable to qualify for Playoffs, and this was not something unexpected given the 9 matches they played throughout the Regular Season.

Of course, Bo1s are not a full testament to a team's strength, however, the lack of coordination and team structure certainly left fans wondering if a team of the likes of RGE is LEC-material, given the overall integrity and level of the league.

Having that in mind, we are in for a very exciting Playoffs as the new Fearless Draft format will prepare the winning team to compete in the First Stand international tournament where Fearless Draft will be the name of the game.
