Getting your A-Level heroes to Mythic+ in AFK Journey can be hard and will require a lot of copies, and getting them all through the Dream Store or hoping that you get lucky is definitely a time-consuming method.
Luckily there is a quicker method to max out your A-Level Heroes by using the Epic Recruitment.
Epic Recruitment Hidden Tip
Unlike the All-Hero Recruitment, the Epic Recruitment has a lower pity and a higher chance to get S-Level Heroes, but at the same time uses the Epic Invite Letters which are also harder to find.
Alongside this, the Epic Recruitment Banner also has a different Wish List for S-Level heroes which Wish List is different from the All-Hero Recruitment Wish List.
Once you reach the pity, or earlier if you’re lucky, you will get one S-Level Hero. You are also guaranteed to get 1 A-Level hero for each 10 pulls.
That’s how the Epic Recruitment Banner works, and normally it would seem to be the same thing as the All-Hero Recruitment Banner, however, there is a hidden secret in the Epic Recruitment Banner.

For the wishlist in the Epic Recruitment Banner, you can not only place S-Level heroes but also A-Level Heroes.
Although some of you might have noticed this, for f2p players or low spenders there is hardly any reason to place an A-Level hero in the Epic Recruitment banner wish list in place of an S-Level. Well, there actually is.
There is a hidden mechanic for the Epic Recruitment Banner where if you put an A-Level hero in the wishlist and you get that A-Level hero in place of an S-Level hero, you won’t get only 1 copy of that A-Level hero, but rather 5.
This is a great way for those wanting to max out their A-Level heroes to get more copies of them faster, rather than hoping for that 1 copy from normal pulls.
