Winner: BDS
Following a very calm early game, RGE seemed overambitious to start a fight, as BDS was able to systematically tear apart the sloppy engages with Hwei and Corki actively chipping down the disorganized RGE roster. It seems that BDS was able to play more as a team, whereas RGE at times felt disjointed, lacking clear communication how to approach neutral objectives or utilize the Atakhan buff.
In the end, BDS was able to slowly deny RGE any chances of a comeback, with Irrelevant, nuc, and Paris all contributing to a rather uneventful victory, finishing Week 1 with a 2-1 score.
