Who is Costume Party Noelle
Costume Party Noelle is the newest Debuffer character to join Black Clover M with the introduction of Season 4. She goes by many names such as S4 Noelle, Halloween Noelle, and lastly Costume Party Noelle, so if you see any of the three above, they are all referring to her.
S4 Noelle is one of the best characters to come out after Julius and she is one of the best Debuffers in the game, even matching Lotus in utility. Here is how you build her to be the best!

Costume Party Noelle has some nasty debuffs to stop your enemies be that in PvE or PvP, she is a great character that reduces enemies’ SP, not allowing them to cast their Ultimates, while also inflicting other Debuffs.

- Summons a waterfall, dealing damage to an enemy.
- Inflicts [Extend Debuff Duration] by one 1 turn(s) on an enemy.
- Inflicts [SP -1] on an enemy.
Little Devil's Prank
- Blow heart-shaped waterdrops at an enemy, dealing damage.
- Inflicts [M. ATK Reduction Lv. 3] on an enemy for 2 turns.
- Inflicts [Taunt] on an enemy for 2 turns.
- Inflicts [SP -1] on all enemies.
Trick Water
- Summons a giant waterdrop in the shape of a pumpkin, dealing damage to an enemy.
- Inflicts [SP -3] on an enemy.
- Remove all [Buffs] from an enemy.
- Inflicts [Weapon Disarm Lv. 3] on an enemy for 2 turns.
Combined Attack
- Performs a combined attack with your partner, dealing damage to an enemy.
- Attacks after removing an enemy's [Barrier].

- Has a 60% chance of applying 10/20% [DEF Reduction] to a random enemy for 2 turn(s) upon using a "Special Skill."
Breath of Darkness
- Applies 10/20% [Increased All ATK] to yourself.
Backlight of a Leaf
- Grants immunity to [Stun] to yourself for 1 turn(s) at the start of battle and applies 6/12% [HP Recovery] to yourself upon being [Stunned].

Overall, Costume Party Noelle is a great addition to the Black Clover M roster and is one of the better characters to come out in recent updates.
