Most notably, the CS2 update overhauls all first-person animations as the game transitions to the new AnimGraph2 system

The new gameplay improvements focus on smoother combat mechanics, including better damage prediction while moving and more intuitive shotgun reload behavior. Sounds great!  Surf maps receive attention with fixes for getting stuck on geometry and the addition of speed-sensitive movement sounds. There are some Audio enhancements in this update, too! This includes improved weapon sounds and ambient tools for community map makers.

The Community Server Browser now functions better in fullscreen exclusive mode. Meanwhile, Overpass, Train, and Inferno have all undergone substantial reworks to geometry, cover, lighting, and visibility. This will supposedly make competitive balance and player navigation better. Dogtown has also been updated to its latest Community Workshop version.
