With Destiny 2 The Final Shape release date delayed, Bungie outlines its updated content roadmap over the next year. Season of the Wish, beginning November 28, 2023, will run for an extended duration until The Final Shape's new June 4, 2024, release date. During the typical seasonal transition in February, all Destiny 2 players will receive new weekly progression quests called Wishes and Moments of Triumph with unique rewards.
The studio is also moving up the popular Guardian Games event to March, pitting classes against each other in refreshed competitive formats. Then from April to June, a new two-month-long content update called Destiny 2: Into the Light will be available as a lead-up to The Final Shape's story events.

Crucible Getting 3 New PvP Maps in May
On the player-vs-player front, Bungie's Crucible team is adding three new PvP maps in May 2024. Specifics on these maps and other PvP changes were not provided.
