Diablo 4 Season 3: Uber Duriel Location & Loot Table

Diablo 4 Season 3 has only been out for a few days, and some of the most dedicated players have already managed to reach the later stages of the game. While the game has steadily improved over time and a ton of new endgame activities keep getting added, the best way to reach the limits of your build is by farming the Uber boss gauntlet that was added last season.

The culmination of all the new endgame encounters is Uber Duriel, the most challenging boss fight in the game (apart from Echo of Lilith) and the only guaranteed source of Uber Unique items. If you want to deck out your character with some of the strongest items in the game, like the Harlequin Crest or the Grandfather, you are going to have to learn how to summon and defeat Uber Duriel. In this article, we are going to provide you with a full step-by-step guide on how to do that, as well as the full list of items that can drop from this boss.

Uber Duriel Location & Summon Requirements

The location of Uber Duriel's boss arena can be found within the Gaping Crevasse dungeon in the Southern Expanse zone of Kehjistan. The closest waypoint can be found in the city of Gea Kul, which is just west of the dungeon entrance. Once you enter the dungeon, you will find a few packs of enemies right before entering the boss arena, which contains the summoning altar.

In order to summon Uber Duriel, you are going to need two different resources, which will come from other endgame bosses:

• 2x Mucus-Slick Egg: Dropped from the Echo of Varshan boss fight in World Tier 4.
• 2x Shard of Agony: Dropped from the Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint boss fight in World Tier 4.

Since these resources require a lot of Helltide and Whispers of the Dead farming, we highly recommend finding a group on Discord or any of the other Diablo 4 communities, as it will greatly increase the number of Uber Duriel kills you can do per hour. 

Uber Duriel Loot Table & Rewards

Uber Duriel sits at the top of the boss ladder that was introduced in Diablo 4 Season 2, providing the best rewards out of any of the endgame activities. All items that drop from Uber Duriel are guaranteed to be Item Power 925, including Rares, Legendaries, and Uniques.

Uber Duriel also has two loot tables, one being similar to the other endgame bosses and providing you with a way to farm certain Unique items, and the other being explicitly for the strongest items in the game - Uber Uniques. These items are extremely powerful, and most of them can be used on nearly every build in the game.
