Round 2 of the LCK 2025 Season is once again delivering banger series, given the results from the Round 1 matches, we can now see which 5 teams are ever so close to competing at MSI this year.
Given the Fearless Draft changes that have further elevated the League of Legends competitive experience for both players and fans, this year might be pivotal to the success of LoL Esports as a whole.

2025 LCK Rounds 1-2 Format
With Fearless Draft still in play, pro players will need to constantly adapt to an ever-shifting meta and draft their way to victory. Thankfully, there will be no best-of-one (Bo1) matches for this split so all of the teams will be able to give it their all.
Format
- 10 teams participate
- Double Round Robin
- All matches are best of three (Bo3)
- Top six teams qualify for Road to MSI
- Based on this rounds' results teams will be seeded into Rounds 3-5
- Top five teams will start in the Legend Group
- Bottom five teams will start in the Rise Group

DNF has been struggling to find victory in the LCK this year as T1 got a very convincing win in the first game of the series. Not only is DNF lacking in terms of team fights and shotcalling, but even the laning phase was in great jeopardy against the reigning World Champions.
Despite DNF had ample opportunity to strike back, a very messy fight around Hextech Soul went in the favor of T1 as they got a 2-0 victory in this match.
