Dragon's Dogma 2: All Portcrystal Locations

Let's take a look at where you can find all the Portcrystals in Dragon's Dogma 2.

Fast traveling in Dragon's Dogma 2 can be a challenge with the limitations Capcom has placed. Getting around on an Oxcart will help in a pinch but sometimes you want to get to your destination without risk of coming under attack. To do this, you have to find all the Portcrystals in Vermund and Battahl.

Later in your adventures, you will find movable Portcrystals that you can place where you think is the best location for you to jump to. You will find five Portcrystals that you cannot move. They are in towns and function as permanent fast travel destinations.

Dragon's Dogma 2: All Permanent Portcrystal Locations

We know of five permanent Portcrystals in Dragon's Dogma. Two are available throughout your whole playthrough while the last three unlock after you have completed the main quest, Legacy, and have traveled to the Unmoored Lands. This is only available if you manage to achieve the True Ending.

The first Portcrystal you will most likely have access to in your playthrough of Dragon's Dogma 2 is in Vernworth. You can find it outside the building of the Grand Riftstone of Vermund.

You can find the second permanent Portcrystal in Harve. Head to the southwest part of the village and you can't really miss the purple crystal overlooking the water

There are three other Portcrystals in Dragon's Dogma 2. You will first need to complete the main storyline and achieve the True Ending before they become available. You will find them at Sacred Arbor, the Seafloor Shrine, and the Agamen Volcanic Island. We recommend placing movable Portcrystals in these locations until you manage to complete the quest Legacy.

Capcom

There is no Portcrystal in Bakbattahl. Considering how often you will be traveling to this city with the plethora of quests available, it is best to place a movable Portcrystal here. If you have had a chance to buy a house, next to your home would be a great place to drop a Portcrystal.

Dragon's Dogma 2: All Movable Portcrystals

There is a limit of ten Portcrystals allowed on the map at any given time in Dragon's Dogma 2. Plan ahead and place them in areas you will be frequently visiting. Here is where you can find them and how to get them:

  • Vernworth - A reward for completing the Feast of Deception quest
  • Vernworth - A reward for completing the Trial of Archery quest
  • Misty Marshes - Found in the Forested Griffin's Nest
  • Sphinx Chamber - Solve the Riddle of Madness
  • Sphinx Chamber - Duplicate an existing Portcrystal during the Riddle of Conviction
  • Dragonforged - Bought for 20 WLC from the Dragonforged merchant

Don't forget to move your movable Portcrystals when quests have dried up in one location. That's everything you need to know about the locations of the Portcrystals in Dragon's Dogma 2. We will update the guide if and when we find more. I hope this was helpful.
