The Blessing of Marika is one of the most discussed features of Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, and it seems like a large portion of the community considers it to be an absolute game changer. One Twitch streamer by the name of Ziggy_Princess discovered that the consumable item has much more utility than originally thought.
It turns out that the Blessing of Marika can be used by the Mimic Tear in the new expansion, which means that it will be able to heal itself while fighting. You can expect the item to restore HP completely, which can give you a huge advantage.

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree The Blessing of Marika Locations
Gravesite Plain
The first Blessing of Marika is located in the Gravesite Plain. Head east until you reach the Scorched Ruins and its Site of Grace. Activate it and follow the main road south until it turns east, going down a steep slope. Continue forward to the Church of Consolation and either avoid or kill the enemies you'll encounter. There is a small cave northwest of the Church of Consolation, and that's where you'll find what you're looking for.
Scadu Altus
Once you reach Scadu Altus, take the main road south and go past the Moorth Ruins. Walk past the Ghostflame Dragon and head under the archway to the Fort of Reprimand. Instead of entering, turn left and keep going until you see a body near the edge of the cliff. That's where you'll find the second Blessing of Marika.
Hinterland
The final Blessing of Marika is in the Hinterland, which is located to the northeast of the Shadow Keep. Make your way east to the Hinterland Bridge. Right before you reach it, you'll see the Three Sentinels. Fight them one by one, and after you defeat them, you'll get some Runes and the last Blessing of Marika.
