Like many other games, Fisch offers some limited-time special events that allow you to catch brand-new species of fish and obtain items that you've never seen before. The developers never fail to surprise their fans, and this time we get to experience one more Fischmas update dedicated to the Christmas celebrations ahead of us. The event is already live, and there are 15 new catches available.
If you manage to obtain all of them, you'll achieve the Winter Bestiary and complete the list in the Winter Village. In this guide, we'll list all items and species in the Winter Fisch Bestiary, including how to catch them. Let's dive in!

Fisch All Winter Village Catches
Although you can catch every species of fish in the Winter Village, it's always a good idea to be aware of the locations that can provide you with higher chances of obtaining whatever you're looking for, so you don't sit around and waste most of your time. Moreover, it's worth mentioning that although most species in the game have a higher chance of getting caught by specific Fishing Rods, this isn't mandatory in all cases.
Sometimes you can use whatever you have available in your Inventory, as long as you're not trying to catch a 1,000 kg fish with a Rod that can handle a maximum of 20 kg. Here's a full list of all fish and items you can catch during the Fischmas event in Fisch and their respective locations:

Fisch Fischmas Event
Be aware that you'll be able to catch all 15 fish in the Fischmas event, as long as you have reached the mid-game content. Fortunately, you don't need to use the fanciest Fishing Rod to get the job done. We recommend using the Steady Rod, but if you have anything better, you can always use it. The different species can be found everywhere around the coast of the Winter Village, and catching them works the same way as usual.
