Cowabunga Event and Splinter Assignment Schedule

The Cowabunga event runs until February 27, 2024. During this time, there will be six phases of Splinter Assignment quests to complete. New quests will unlock with each phase. So you will need to complete these quests to earn ooze and redeem rewards from the event pass in Fortnite x TMNT.

Master Splinter has issued the Splinter Assignment: The Ooze War questline to help prepare for battling Shredder and Krang. This guide provides tips and tricks for completing all the phases from 1 to 6. Check them out!

Phase 1 Quests: Stick to the Shadows

Phase 1 is available now. This phase focuses on stealth and lurking in the shadows like a true ninja turtle. There are 8 quests with the following objectives:

4	Use the EMP Stealth Camo item	This new throwable item temporarily makes you invisible! Use it for stealth or to flee combat.	300 Ooze
5	Destroy objects	Rampantly destroy anything you see by firing weapons and swinging your pickaxe.	300 Ooze
6	Visit the lair and travel East 500 meters	Head to the new TMNT lair near Pleasant Pizza to check out the radical underground hideout, then walk 500 meters east.	300 Ooze
7	Purchase Ninja Turtle weapons	Find a TMNT vending machine to buy special weapons like Michelangelo's nunchucks using gold bars.	300 Ooze

Phase 2 Quests: Gear Up!

Phase 2 is available now. With your stealth skills in top shape, it's time to gear up and take the fight to Shredder and his Foot Clan. Phase 2 features objectives like:

Phase 3 Quests: Cowabunga Clash

Phase 3 is available now and it is for an all-out battle! Phase 3 questline has you actively engaging enemies with objectives like:

6	Crouch, Jump, and Mantle	Crouch, Jump, and Mantle while playing 200 times.	300 Ooze

Phase 4 Quests: Give 'Em Shell

Phase 4 is available now. The questline has another eight objectives, including:

5	Damage opponents while at full health	Damage enemies for a total of 500 cumulative damage while at full health, including Society members.	300 Ooze
6	Land at a Hot Spot	Land at a Hot Spot with gold letters.	300 Ooze
7	Hit an opponent while not looking at them	Hit an opponent without looking, use Clinger Clusters or a Business Turret.	300 Ooze
8	Collect shotgun shells	Collect 40 shotgun shells to complete this quest.	300 Ooze

Phase 5 Quests: Showdown Shred

Phase 5 started on February 21st. The questline has a total of eight objectives, including:

4	Travel distance in vehicles	Journey a total of 1,000 meters in vehicles. This is cumulative and does not need to be achieved in a single match.	300 Ooze
5	Complete a bounty from a Bounty board	Select a bounty from a Bounty board and successfully complete it. If the bounty is intercepted or expires, it will not be considered.	300 Ooze
6	Damage opponents that have damaged you	Whenever an opponent inflicts damage on you, counteract by dealing 100 damage to them to complete this mission.	300 Ooze
7	Damage opponents as the last player standing on your team	If you're the last player standing on your team, make it count by dealing 100 damage to opponents. In solo play, simply cause 100 damage to any opponent to fulfill the mission.	300 Ooze

Phase 6 Quests: Shellebrate

Phase 6 is available now. This last phase started on February 24th and this last questline has a total of eight objectives too, including:

3	Listen to the radio in a vehicle	Utilize the Lock On Pistol, gaining a strategic advantage, to cause 100 damage to opponents	400 Ooze
4	Travel distance while under the effects of low-grav	Consume items like Flowberry Fizz, Flowberries, or Shockwave Grenades to experience low gravity. While under this effect, cover a total distance of 500 meters to complete the quest.	300 Ooze
5	Collect weapons	Collect 50 weapons across Battle Royale matches to complete this mission. This is cumulative and doesn't require completion in a single match.	300 Ooze
6	Eliminate opponents from within 10 meters	Take down three opponents situated within a 10-meter radius from you.	300 Ooze
7	Emote in the Turtles' Lair	Locate the Turtle's Lair underground, positioned between Pleasant Piazza and Fencing Fields. Emote once inside to complete the quest.	300 Ooze
8	Spend time airborne doing tricks on a Driftboard	Showcase airborne tricks on a Driftboard. Accumulate a total of 25 seconds in the air performing tricks to accomplish the mission. This is cumulative and doesn't need to be achieved in one trick or jump.	300 Ooze
