An exciting start to the LEC professional season as the entire region saw drastic roster changes. Not only is G2 looking a lot weaker, but the top spots are heavily contested by the likes of FNC, GX, KC, and MKOI. Following the domination of G2 in previous years, the LEC finally feels a lot more competitive with a lot more stakes and fun plays to witness for fans.
With that in mind, we will go over the Bo1 match in the 2025 LEC Winter Split which has G2 Esports facing GIANTX in the second week of the LEC.

G2 finally awakened their potential as SkewMond's Zyra was able to get quite the massive lead early into the game, further snowballing into Feets of Strength and turrets. Despite GX trying their hardest to pick a fight, Labrov and BrokenBlade looked impeccable in this match.
Following a very turbulent week ot games, G2 may have found their footing but there is still a lot to polish in terms of individual play and overall team synergy. Regardless, a very clean and sharp performance on the side of G2 as they were to defeat GX in this Bo1.
