Right off the bat, KC looked very confident and far more coordinated, as G2's Labrov and Caps struggled in the early game. Not only that, but KC's Vladi and Canna were crucial to the success of the French org, ultimately defeating G2 and going 1-0 in the series.

A far more balanced game, however, G2 once again was unable to utilize their team comp effectively, with Labrov yet again lacking on his Blitzcrank, allowing for Targamas and Yike to easily go on top of G2. Once again, Canna was an outlier with his iconic Rumble, leading fans to question why did G2 leave Skarner and Rumble open.

Winner: G2
A far more aggressive start to the game as both G2 and KC seemed hungry for blood, juggling objectives and kills left and right. Summoner's Rift quickly became a bloodbath with Vladi, SkewMond, BrokenBlade, and Yike constantly fighting, leaving fans and analysts at the edge of their seats. Two incredible team fights from KC further cemented their control over the game. Not only did the 7K gold lead at the 23-minute mark signify G2's future demise, but everyone was taken aback from the 3-0 dominance over G2 Esports.
Finally, KC defeated the reigning champions, and secured their spot at the upcoming First Stand tournament.
