The newest version of Genshin Impact, Version 5.4, is releasing this Wednesday, and with it, we can expect some new content in the game, alongside a new character in the form of Yumemizuki Mizuki. Character Banners
There will be two character banners in the first phase of Version 5.4. These banners will be known as:
- Dawn's Drifting Reverie
- Romaritime Meluserenity
Both banners will begin alongside the release of Version 5.4 this Wednesday, February 12, 2025, and will remain active for three weeks. These banners are classified as limited-time event wishes and will share the same duration, pity, and the same boosted 4-star characters.

The Dawn's Drifting Reverie banner will give you the chance to pull for the upcoming 5-star Anemo unit, Yumemizuki Mizuki. Yumemizuki Mizuki is an interesting support/shielder who provides good survivability to the team while also dealing decent damage. Having said that, since Yumemizuki Mizuki will be added to the standard banner after her banner ends, she is likely not going to be the best 5-star unit you can pull on. We honestly would advise you to first see how things go before deciding to jump the gun and pull on this banner.

The Romaritime Meluserenity will give you the chance to summon for the 5-star Hydro unit, Sigewinne. Sigewinne is an interesting unit that hasn’t generally made much of an appearance ever since her initial release on Fontaine. And there is a good reason for that. Sigewinne is just not that great. Most of her kit seems interesting on paper, but in-game it falls quite short. She is one of those units that would love to have her C1, but this just means a ton more investment for a sub-part unit. Having said that, she is still a decent healer, but nothing too amazing, so once again we’d advise skipping this banner too unless you really like the character.

The weapon banner this time around will bring us two 5-star weapons. The weapons this time around are:
- Sunny Morning Sleep-In
- Silvershower Heartstrings
Honestly, the weapon banner is a tough sell as well this time around. Both the new [Sunny Morning Sleep-In] and the rerunning [Silvershower Heartstrings] are not amazing weapons. They are great for their signature characters, but apart from that, they fall quite short. Not many units can use either of these weapons and we do not believe they are a good investment.
