Cipher is a 5-star Quantum Nihility unit that is set to be released in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3. She is a DPS unit that heavily relies on True DMG and debuffs to drive her kit, and from the early leaks, she seems like a decent unit to pair up with teams that prefer to have a double DPS setup. As of right now, you can farm almost all of Cipher’s materials, apart from her weekly boss material, which will become available alongside a new Weekly Boss in Version 3.3.
