How to Forge Weapons in Granblue Fantasy Relink

Weapons are an important feature in Granblue Fantasy: Relink and having the right weapon can help you through both the story and the endgame.

There are two ways to obtain weapons, one is through hidden chests throughout the story chapters, and the other is by forging them.

Forging is the way you will get most of the weapons in the game, and this guide will show you just how to do it!

How to Forge Weapons

Forging weapons is actually quite simple. Forging can be done by using the Blacksmith that unlocks at Chapter 1 of the story.

After you have unlock the Blacksmith there will be two fields which you can choose from - Upgrade Weapons or Forge Weapons.

If you want to craft weapons, you will choose Forge Weapons. After choosing this function you will then be prompted to choose a character and then be given a list of all the available weapons that you can forge for this character.

Note that when you first unlock the Blacksmith you will not have all of the weapons available and you will get more weapons that you can forge by progressing through the story.

So do not be afraid if you do not immediately have all of the weapons available to forge!

Forging Weapons

After you have chosen the character you want and the weapon you want to forge you will need to gather the needed materials to forge that weapon.

A good advice here is to wish list any of the items you are missing so that you can more easily find them using the Quest Counter or by exchanging for them at Siero’s Knickknack Shack, which also unlocks at Chapter 1.

After you have forged a weapon you will now permanently have it and will only need to level it up!
