Manga History 

Kanata Konami launched Sue and Tai-chan in Be Love magazine in January 2017. The sixth volume was published in November 2023. Konami is also known for her popular manga Chi's Sweet Home, which was serialized in Morning magazine from 2004 to 2015. The series has sold millions of copies and inspired multiple anime adaptations. Anime Adaptations Chi's Sweet Home inspired two 2D television anime series in 2008 and 2009.

Crunchyroll streamed the second series, Chi's New Address, in various countries. Discotek Media released both seasons on DVD. The first season of the 3DCG anime Chi's Sweet Adventure premiered in Japan in October 2016, with Amazon streaming it on Anime Strike with English subtitles and an English dub.
