Finally, the League of Legends EMEA Championship has kicked off, and there are so many changes to be excited about. Not only has the game changed due to gameplay adjustments, but the massive roster changes in the LEC might result in a quite fun and exhilarating year of professional play.

We will take a look at the picks and bans of the game. Although the first three weeks of the LEC will feature best-of-one matches (Bo1), we will soon get to see the pros adapt to the new Fearless Draft format that has been adapted for all major regions.

Despite some promising early skirmishes from SK, KC was able to punish their macro decisions as well as win out most of the mid-game fights, slowly building up a gold lead in their favor. Phenomenal plays from Targamas and Caliste enabled KC to further steamroll SK, securing an almost 5K gold lead at the 18-minute mark.
An incredibly short League of Legends game as KC won the Bo1 in a very clean and convincing performance.
