FrankTheBoxMonster on Reddit was able to datamine some interesting system changes for the next season of League of Legends.
We will go through all of the item changes in this recent data mine to see what we can expect in the next League of Legends patch. Please keep in mind that the information is not final and is subject to change as Rioters test out different ideas and stats.

LoL 15.1 Patch PBE System Changes
Summoner Spells
Teleport
- Channel Duration: 4s ⇒ 3s
- After Channeling: Blink Instantly ⇒ Begin dashing untargetably to the location
- Base Speed: 1000, max 5s travel time; caps at 5000 units
- Upgraded: 4500 speed, max 4s travel time; caps at 18,000 units
- Base version Can now target Minions and Wards
- Base Cooldown: 360s ⇒ 300s
- Upgraded: 330-240s linear 1-10
- Does not cancel on damage dealt to caster
Runes
Sixth Sense
- Replaces Zombie Ward rune
- Automatically sense a nearby untracked and unseen ward, tracking it for the team.
- Level 11: Also reveal the ward for 10s.
- This effect has a [300 Melee || 360 Ranged] second cooldown.
Grisly Mementos
- Replaces Ghost Poro rune
- Collect 1 memento on champions takedowns, up to 25 total.
- Gain 4 Trinket Ability Haste for each collected. In game modes where vision Trinkets do not exist, instead gain 2 Summoner Spell Haster per.
Deep Ward
- Replaces Eyeball Collection rune
- Your wards in the enemy jungle are Deep. Deep wards gain +1 extra health and +[30-45]s increased duration (+[30-120]s for Trinket stealth wards).
- Level 9: Wards in the river are also Deep.
- Fiddlesticks and ARAM will substitute this for Grisly Mementos
Axiom Arcanist
- Replaces Nullifying Orb rune
- Ultimate has 14% increased damage, healing, and shielding
- AoE damage is instead increased by 9%
- Takedowns reduce the current ultimate cooldown by 7%
- Elise, Jayce, Nidalee, and Zoe will substitute this for Nimbus Cloak

Systems
- A buff now notes when Homeguard has been disabled due to recent combat
- Passive Gold start time: 1:50 ⇒ 1:40 (Also affects when you get the first Support Item stack)
Atakhan
- Crown of Carnage: Gain 25% increased effect from all Epic Monster rewards
- False Life: You earn an extra 40 gold on champion takedown; for the next 150s, the first time you would die you instead enter statis for 5.5s and teleport to your team's spawn, and your would-be killer instead earns 1 Bloody Petal and 100 gold
- Bloody Petals: Harvesting Blood Roses gives your entire team Bloody Petals, granting XP and Adaptive Force
Turrets
- Damage Reduction: 85% ⇒ 50%
- Damage Ramp per stack: 40% ⇒ 50% (max at three stacks 220% ⇒ 250%)
- Damage Ramp stack duration: 3s ⇒ 5s
Minions
- Minion Damage to Structures: 50% ⇒ 55%
- Minion Damage to Champions: 50% ⇒ 55%
- Minion Damage to Minions now deals bonus damage based on percent target current health:
- Melee: 2%
- Ranged: 4%
- Siege: 6%
- Super: N/A
- First Siege Minion spawns on the: 3rd wave ⇒ 4th wave (Still spawns every three waves afterwards)
- Experience Radius: 1400 ⇒ 1500
Melee Minions Stat Changes
- HP: 477-1300 by 37 minutes ⇒ 465-1500 by 48 minutes
- AD: 12-80 by 37 minutes ⇒ 11-80 by 42 minutes
- Armor: 0-16 by 37 minutes ⇒ 0-20 by 42 minutes
Ranged Minions Stat Changes
- HP: 290-485 by 37 minutes ⇒ 284-600 by 55 minutes
- AD: 24.5-120 by 37 minutes ⇒ 21-125 by 45 minutes
Siege Minions Stat Changes
- HP: 912-10,850 over 175 minutes ⇒ 835-5,850 over 90 minutes
- AD: 41.5-10,040 over 10,000 minutes ⇒ 37.5-126 over 90 minutes
Super Minions Stat Changes
- HP: 1600-11,500 over 150 minutes ⇒ 1,600-7,500 over 90 minutes
- AD: 230-1,125 over 300 minutes ⇒ 215-510 over 90 minutes
