The king of proxy, Singed has been a staple for quite some time now, and his changes to his Q make farming even easier, guaranteeing you get the entire wave and distract the enemy team in one simple move. 

Ryze scales very favorably and can deal with most top laners, but can struggle to remain relevant if your team starts losing during the early-to-mid stages of the game.

Irelia has seen better days, although you can still find some success against certain champions.

Tahm has seen some nerfs in previous patches, making his laning not as favorable as before, but you can still bully some of the melee matchups given your incredibly annoying kit.

Trundle is a niche pick, and although you should hesitate to pick him at times, you can find a lot of value when going against tanks.
