Following the exciting debut of Caedrel's star team, Los Ratones proved not only to be extremely entertaining to watch, but exceptionally good in a competitive setting. With LEC legends like Rekkles, Nemesis and Crownie, featuring the start jungler Velja and the infamous Baus, this team defied expectations time and time again.

The Northern League of Legends Championship has brought forward a lot of exciting talent, both old and new to the competitive scene, most notably Los Ratones being one of the highlights this year, bringing in a new way to enjoy watching League. A very bloody start to the series with both LR and NORD trading kills left and right. After multiple delays and pauses, the game picked up steam and devolved into an even bigger blood bath, however, LR seemed adamant with their odd picks into the first game, and this resulted in a massive lead with the Rats effectively getting their first win the series.

A very dominant performance in the second game from LR, despite the prolonged pauses that had fans a bit tilted. Nonetheless, Los Ratones delivered as Baus' Sion was quite the show-maker, with Velja's Viego was everywhere on the map. An absolute slaughter as NORD was unable to keep up with the snowball with Nemesis and Velja leading the charge. Los Ratones were able to defeat NORD Esports and go to 2-0 in this series.

Yet another great start for Los Ratones as NORD Esports struggled to keep up with Velja's map presence. This time around, NORD put up quite the fight as every skirmish seemed like it could go either way, however, NORD managed to get the upper hand and deny LR from using their Baron. A very clutch play by Baus almost won them the game, but NORD was able to defend their Nexus.
The third game was quite the nail-biter, as LR's comp did not have a strong frontline, and relied on Jax going for flanks. After taking the Elder drake, LR took the Baron and sieged NORD's base, winning the series 3-0.
