The game offers a new take on the idle rpg genre and with it also gives to players a number of characters that they can play with and test out. However, to do that players must first get those characters from the game's summon system!

How to Get Free Summons
To get the 110 Free Summons in Magic Chronicle: Isekai RPG all you have to do is clear the game's Chapters, starting from Chapter 1 to Chapter 11! For each chapter you clear you will receive Summon Card x10 and other rewards. Below you can see the full breakdown:

Where to Summon
To summon in Magic Chronicle: Isekai RPG you first must clear the stage Chapter 2-1. After that you will unclock the [Main City] where you can go to the [Bookhouse] to use up all of your Summon Cards and get some amazing heroes!
