Metaphor: ReFantazio Brawler Archetype Explained
To study the Brawler Archetype in Metaphor: ReFantazio, you'll need to spend 1,200 MAG at More's Akademeia. Even though it's weak against Ice attacks, it can repel all Physical attacks and stun enemies easily. Moreover, the Brawler has passive skills, which increase your Critical Hit rate.
Keep in mind that if the other members of your party are using the same Archetype, its effects will only be amplified. The best part about the Brawler is that many of the opponents you'll encounter later in the game are weak against Strike attacks, so if you master it on time, you'll have no trouble emerging victorious from any battle.

Metaphor: ReFantazio How To Unlock The Brawler Archetype
Once the King's Funeral is over, go to the Mausoleum Catacombs, which is a dungeon in the main story. Complete it, and walk past the gates. Head straight until you find Catherina, a Papirus Woman. She will ask you to find her friend, who's stuck in the Catacombs. Get inside the dungeon and find the cell with the key next to a sleeping soldier.
Open the door, and you'll see all the hostages inside. However, Catherina's friend will be dead. Go back to her, exhaust the conversation, and you'll receive 5000 Reeve, the Brawler Archetype, and Catherina as a Follower.
