Valorant's History of Cheating Problems
Riot Vanguard is one of the most famous examples of a working anti-cheat, allowing for players to enjoy the game without facing cheaters in their games, however it is not perfect. As with all shooter games, cheating has been a part of the life cycle of every franchise with a competitive scene. Despite Vanguard not being an ideal solution, it is certain that the percentage of cheaters to non-cheating players is significantly lower than its current competitors.
Some players are vocal about the cheating problem this game has, most of which are asking Riot Games to implement a replay system so that more cheaters can be identified and rightfully reported and banned from playing the game.

I can say that most players in this game can’t tell if someone is cheating or smurfing, because low ELO players don’t report cheaters because they don’t care. So if there is a cheater in your game you hear this “he is only cheating because he better than you” what actually is very common for people who can’t think for themselves.
To close this out Riot has to add replay system, so more cheater will exactly get reported and banned because in game it always 50/50% chance do some factors I believe in as luck or smurfing.
If we take into consideration that the developers are trying their best to prevent cheaters from ruining players' games, there will also be a portion of the community that will try out many approaches to gain an advantage in the multiplayer game. Hopefully, the approach Rioters are taking will have a beneficial result for Valorant fans.
