Reverse 1999: Brimley Character Overview

Brimley is one of the upcoming units for the second half of the Reverse: 1999 Version 2.3 update. He is a supporting unit that focuses on enabling your allies to cast their incantations as extra actions and increasing their damage in the process. Brimley is a 5-star unit that will become available in the second half of the Version 2.3 update. He is a Mineral-Afflatus support unit who buffs your allies’ follow-up attacks, making him a great ally for units such as Semmelweis. While he can help allies with their follow-up attacks, his buffing capabilities are somewhat limited, so he’s not by any means a broken buffer, but he’s solid. In addition, he also has some nice debuff utility and a cleanse tied to his Insight 1, so he’s a good unit to have on your roster.

Notes
Horsemanship	When reaching a number of stacks, Brimley casts [Keep Up the Pace!] to enable the ally with [Riding Double] to perform an extra action.
Riding Double	When performing an extra action, increases ATK based on Brimley's ATK.
Passive Skill - Diverse Expertise
