Flutterpage is the upcoming 6-star unit for the second phase of Version 2.3 in Reverse: 1999. She is a DPS unit from the Star-Afflatus that focuses on granting your allies additional damage to their attacks and granting various other buffs. She is a promising unit, and in this overview, we’ll look at her role and what she does!

Flutterpage is a Star-Afflatus damage dealer. She grants additional damage to all allies’ attacks. She is a great DPS unit who can not only buff the rest of your team by providing them with extra damage, crit buffs, and more, but her personal damage is nothing to scoff at either. After using her ultimate Flutter page, her skills become mass attacks that further boost her damage and allow the team to attack even more frequently, thus leading to more damage.

A Dream That Never Grows Old	At the start of the round, fully recovers Eureka. Casts self incantations as [Regards from the Sky] all if able. At the end of the round, casts [Regards from the Sky]. Regards from the Sky	Mass attack. Deals Reality DMG to all enemies. Deals additional Reality DMG to the main target.
Paper Parade	A [Force Field] effect that is applied to all allies present, whose additional Reality DMG dealt is counted as Flutterpage's. Passive Skill - Diverse Expertise
