Reverse 1999: Lopera Skil Showcase

Lopera is the newest upcoming 6-star character in Reverse: 1999. She is a limited-time character that will become available in the second phase of Version 2.2. Lopera is a Beast Support unit who can fire different types of bullets in a single round. Each bullet gives a different kind of buff, and these bullets can also be given to other allies, making Lopera a versatile support who can excel in various scenarios.

Lopera Overview

Lopera is a powerful crit buffer. She can provide allies with various buffs, but her most important feature is her Ultimate. Her Ultimate [More Than Alchemy] creates a [Crucible Arsenal] array that greatly boosts the CRIT Rate of allies. It also gives them an unlimited amount of bullets and converts any excess CRIT Rate they have into CRIT DMG. This makes Lopera a great support for almost any CRIT-based DPS unit, such as, for example, Lucy and Windsong. Apart from buffing CRIT Rate, Lopera can also increase the damage of allies’ Incantations and Ultimates, making her a truly powerful support.

All allies maintain at least one of any [Bullet] stacks they have, and every attack that triggers [Bullet] converts any excess Critical Rate into Critical DMG. The more types of bullets a character has, the higher the conversion rate is.
Notes
Flaming Bullet	After attacking, inflicts Burn.
Incantation Bullet	When attacking, increases Incantation Might.
Ritual Bullet	When attacking, increases Ultimate Might
Ready to Shoot	At the end of the round, casts [Bull's Eye] if still under the channeling status.
Bull's Eye	1-target attack. Deals Reality DMG. Grants [Right on Target] to all allies. If the enemy has a certain number of [Burn] stacks, [Right on Target]'s effect will be further enhanced.
Right on Target	Increases Critical DMG based on Lopera's Critical DMG.
Passive Skill - Diverse Expertise
Insight 1	Every time her attack triggers a bullet's effect, Lopera gains Moxie and heals the ally with the lowest HP percentage.
Insight 2	When entering battle, Critical DMG increases.
Insight 3	Gains Moxie when entering battle. Gains additional Moxie for every [Beast], [Spirit], and [Intelligence] ally.
