Shangri-La Frontier Episode 20: Recap

The episode picks up where it left off, revealing that Psyger-0 had indeed landed a murderous strike on Arthur and emerged victorious in the battle. The group gathers the remaining items and separates, with Sunraku returning to Emul, who has been eagerly awaiting his return.

We transition to a scene at the Utopia building, where the developers of Shangri-La Frontier convene following Wethermon's sudden defeat. The three new characters engage in arguments about the game's development and the changes they've implemented, resulting in the urgent update.

Upon entering Shangri-La Frontier, Emul informs Sunraku that her father wishes to see him. Excited to delve deeper into this world, Sunraku visits Aniki Vash, only to receive a quest to collect items.

Following his encounter with Wethermon, Sunraku has reached level 78, acquired numerous new skills, and upgraded others. The items he acquires surpass expectations; one enables him to learn Wethermon's skills, while another acts as a storage device. After putting on the bracelet, he is immediately transported to the storage, filled with special armors and armaments.

The episode concludes with Arthur paying another visit to Setsuna's grave, pledging to confront the "Bahamut thing" she had mentioned.
