Agata is one of the Legendary units in Sword of Convallaria and one of the top units to pick if you’re looking for a unit that can output a lot of damage but also support the team. Though she was originally released a few months back, she is finally getting a rerun that will last until the end of May, so now is the perfect time to look at this unit and consider whether to pull on her or not.
Is Agata Strong?
Agata is a Watcher unit who, despite her initial role, functions more like a Seeker unit, capable of going back into the enemy lines and whittling down enemies. She can output a lot of damage with her skills and has a good option of both single-target and AoE damage. In addition, she has some particularly powerful buffs, and her reliance on MAX HP can make her hard to kill while also giving her quite a bit of damage.
All in all, Agata is solid. She’s an amazing unit to have on any team, and her ability to inflict [Wound] and various other debuffs makes her a great choice for a sub or even main DPS unit for your teams that is worth investing in. In addition, when it comes to investment, you can easily stop farming for her at 3 stars.

Should You Pull for Agata?

If you’re a new player and just starting to explore what Sword of Convallaria has to offer, then now is a good time to pull on Agata’s banner. While she isn’t the strongest unit in the roster, she is quite high up there, and for a new player, that is all they need to get through the game’s early content. Her high movement coupled with her decent AoE damage potential makes her a great choice if you’d like to clear some stages along the Fool’s Journey or even take her into some of the end-game modes.
When it comes to more experienced players, things become a bit more complicated. While Agata is good, we are sadly going to be getting a ton of great back-to-back banners, which feature units like Lutfi and SP Inanna, both of which are considered some of the best units in the game. While Agata doesn’t fall that short of them, she is not as desirable, so it is harder to recommend her, considering an older player’s resources might be more limited. However, that is not to say that she is not a good investment if you aren’t planning on pulling for either Lutfi or Inanna.
To summarize, Agata is a great unit that can be highly useful to new players and can fit into a lot of teams for older players. New players would love to have her early on, as they can begin farming for her, so we generally advise them to pull on her banner, whereas older players might want to consider whether to invest the pulls, as the future banners are going to offer some of the game’s most powerful units.
