Once you have successfully raised Penny's friendship to the maximum of ten hearts, you will receive a letter from Mayor Lewis detailing the process of proposing marriage. This involves purchasing a Mermaid's Pendant from the Old Mariner, who appears on the beach during rainy days.

With the Mermaid's Pendant in hand, you can present it to Penny, and she will joyfully accept the proposal. The wedding ceremony will take place three days after the proposal, barring any conflicting town events.

After tying the knot, Penny will move into the farmhouse, adding a unique room to the residence. She will participate in various farm chores, such as watering crops, feeding animals, and repairing fences.
