Three New W-Engines Revealed in Recent Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 Leaks

The Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 has now been out for a couple of days, and the leakers have been going wild with sharing information about all of the new content that we can expect. Apart from leaked details about Silver Soldier Anby, Pulchra, and Trigger’s kits, they have also revealed information about each of these characters’ signature W-Engines. In this article, we’ll go over the three new W-Engines that will be added in Version 1.6 and share early translations of their leaked effects.

Silver Soldier Anby W-Engine

CRIT DMG is increased by 40%. When the equipped launches [Normal Attack], [Special Skill], or [Additional Attack] to hit the enemy, they can obtain 1 stack of [Gain Effect] respectively, and each stack of [Gain Effect] increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by an additional 10%, with a maximum of 3 stacks, lasting for 30 seconds. Each stack has a separate duration and is triggered at most once within the same move. When having 3 stacks of [Gain Effect], the Electric DMG dealt by the wearer is increased by 20%.

Silver Soldier Anby’s W-Engine looks like a powerful tool for any Attack Agent thanks to its huge buff to CRIT DMG. This allows you to focus on getting CRIT Rate stats and building up a powerful DPS unit. Apart from its huge buff to CRIT DMG, the W-Engine’s effect is also easy to trigger, which will make it usable by almost any other DPS unit, and not just Silver Soldier Anby.

Pulchra W-Engine

When activating [Special Skill] or [EX Special], the damage dealt by the wearer is increased by 30%, and when this effect is triggered, the wearer's Impact is increased by an additional 3% for 3 seconds if they are not the on-field character.

Pulchra’s W-Engine is a decent W-Engine that will both increase Pulchra’s damage, which will help with her [Additional Attacks], and it will also boost her Impact stat, which will make stunning enemies easier. All in all, it is nothing spectacular, but this was to be expected from an A-Rank W-Engine. The great thing about this W-Engine is that you will likely get a high [Refinement] if you decide to pull for any of the other S-Rank W-Engines.

Trigger W-Engine

When the wearer launches an [Additional Attack] to hit an enemy and deal Electrical DMG, the target's defense is reduced by 20% for 5 seconds. This effect does not stack with other effects of the same name. When this effect is triggered, if the wearer is not the on-field character, the wearer gains 1 stack of [Accumulated Energy], stacking up to 8 times, and triggered up to once within the same move. When launching an [EX Special], consume all of the [Accumulated Energy], and for every 1 stack of [Accumulated Energy] consumed, the wearer’s Impact is increased by 3% and damage dealt is increased by 3%, up to 8 times, lasting for 8 seconds, each stack of effect settles the duration separately.

Lastly, Trigger’s signature W-Engine is an amazing weapon for her. Sadly, other Stun units will not be able to use this W-Engine due to its effect requiring an [Additional Attack] to trigger. This makes the W-Engine exclusively usable by Trigger, but if you are planning on pulling for her, then it is honestly a great W-Engine to have. Not only does it increase Trigger’s Impact by a ton from its effect, but its main stat also gives Trigger a decent boost in CRIT Rate, which will make building her for damage that much easier. In addition, the W-Engine also gives an amazing 20% DEF Reduction debuff to enemies, which is an amazing DMG buff for the whole team.
