Throne and Liberty How To Unlock Saurodoma Island
Complete the Ruler of Lycan milestone from Chapter 4 called Frenzy of Wraiths. To check the status of the different milestones and how much further you need to progress, open the menu and click on the Milestone section.
The Ruler of Lycan is the sixth milestone in Chapter 4, and it will take some time to reach it. However, once you do, the Gigantrite will add a new path south, which leads to Saurodoma Island.

Throne and Liberty How To Reach Saurodoma Island
Use the Gigantrite to get to Saurodoma Island and activate the Waypoint as soon as possible after landing to allow fast travel. You can also swim towards the area, but it's going to take a while.
