Running Trolls Charity Event Basics

The 10th Annual Running of the Trolls community charity event starts June 29th at 6 PM PDT / 1 AM GMT on the Feathermoon-US server. 

Mirroring the Running of the Gnomes, the Troll Run aims to raise awareness and visibility for LGBTQIA+ members and their allies within the World of Warcraft community. This event also raises funds for a charity providing crucial suicide prevention services to the youngest members of the LGBTQIA+ community. The run is accessible to all players, even those with only a trial version of the game. It serves as an inclusive online pride event, transcending politics, regional locations, physical abilities, and life obligations.

Support the Trevor Project with Running of the Trolls 2024

The Running of the Trolls is an annual community-organized charity event in World of Warcraft. It supports the Trevor Project, a vital support program for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. 

This year's event begins with a beach party at the Troll starting area in the Echo Isles. WoW players will then join a colorful pride march across Azeroth, ending with a fun pool party at the Silvermoon City fountain.

How to Join the Celebration

To participate, WoW players have to log onto the Feathermoon or Scarlet Crusade servers on June 29th before 6 PM PDT with a troll character. Head to the Echo Isles starting zone. The event is open to everyone. While there are no official raid groups, you can request an invite to one of the official race guilds: Running of the Trolls, Troll for Initiative, Trollkyo Drift, or Trolladega Nights.
