Talents
For the talents, you will need to spend 20 points into Elemental and 31 into Enhancement to maximize your damage.
Runes
NOTE: Make sure to use Windfury Weapon on your main and Flametongue Weapon on your off-hand weapon. Keep in mind that racials do not stack with Ring Runes so swap out according to your class.
