World of Warcraft is picking up the pace in its newest expansion. With Season 1 of The War Within now live, thousands of players are flocking to try out the new raid, Mythic+ dungeons, and the higher-difficulty Delves. All of this excitement also warrants some feedback from players as balancing this game can be quite tricky.
Having that in mind, the dev team has released a bunch of new updates to The War Within, so we will briefly go over all of the balance adjustments, bug fixes, and quality-of-life changes added to the iconic MMORPG.

PvE Changes (October 3)
- Fixed a Scalecommander issue where Mass Eruption would amplify the number of targets struck by the Overlord talent.
- Fixed an issue where Overlord could apply Bombardments to enemy targets if Mass Eruption was active.

- Xal’atath’s Bargain now affects the cooldowns of additional spells.
Grim Batol
- Addressed an issue where Drahga Shadowburner’s encounter can reset unexpectedly.
The Dawnbreaker
- Addressed an issue where Void Emissary can cause Speaker Shadowcrown to reset.
Siege of Boralus
- Addressed an issue where Dread Captain Lockwood can have second wave of adds spawn during intermission.

- Ovi’nax’s Mercurial Egg effects increased by 5%.
Delves
- Fixed an issue where Brann’s Gathering Tools could fail to gather rewards.
