WoW TWW Season 2 - Best Shaman Crafted Gear

With the new season for The War Within now live, players are rushing to get the best available gear for their specs, and not only are there multiple sources of acquiring new items, but the devs have also provided some very suitable options for crafted gear.

With that being said, we will go over the best choices for Shamans and the embellishments to use. This guide should serve as a basic introduction for players coming into Season 2 as to which items they should prioritize as they progress into raiding and Mythic+.

Shaman Crafted Gear & Embellishments

NOTE: Although this is not a fully-fledged BiS list, we will only take a look at the best crafted items you get.

As always, using Droptimizer to pick out good upgrades is the most surefire way to gear up your character as fast as possible. 

Elemental

Best Crafted Gear

• Vagabond's Bounding Baton
• Glyph-Etched Vambraces
• Consecrated Cloak

Best Embellishments

• Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension
• Writhing Armor Banding
• Duskthread Lining

1. Go for the Vagabond's Bounding Baton with Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension and Algari Missive of the Feverflare. 
2. You can then opt for Glyph-Etched Vambraces with either Writhing Armor Banding or Duskthread Lining making sure you once again guarantee Haste and Mastery.

Enhancement

Best Crafted Gear

• Charged Facesmasher
• Consecrated Cloak

Best Embellishments

• Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension
• Writhing Armor Banding
• Dawnthread Lining

1. You can't go wrong with crafting a strong weapon at the start of the season as long as you add the Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension and Writhing Armor Banding to another non-tier armor piece to maximize your DPS.

1. There are two ways you can approach crafting a weapon. You can go for a 2H from the get-go or if you get lucky and get a nice main-hand weapon, craft a shield to better utilize your available crests and Spark of Fortunes. 
2. Afterwards, crafting a non-tier item can substantially increase the effect of the Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension through the Writhing Armor Banding.
