Undermine Cartel Story

Each cartel is helmed by a notable goblin leader, each with their own vision for Undermine’s future. As you rise through the ranks, you’ll uncover secrets, forge alliances, and take on high-stakes missions that can shift the balance of power.

The Four Major Cartels

Bilgewater Cartel – Leader: Monte Gazlowe. The Bilgewater cartel unites inventors, engineers, and demolitions experts. Their headquarters are in Bilgewater Flats, near the Demolition Dome.
Steamwheedle Cartel – Leader: Marin Noggenfogger. This is the oldest and most prestigious cartel in Undermine. It's known for its mastery of alchemy and trade. Their operations center around The Vatworks.
Blackwater Raiders – Leader: Baron Revilgaz. The Blackwater cartel is known for its luxurious shipping empire. The Blackwater Marina is the base of their operations.
