Phoebe is the newest limited 5-star Spectro unit to be added to Wuthering Waves. She is a unique unit that can be played as either a main or sub DPS depending on how you set up her teams. However, due to the lack of Spectro units that can efficiently use Frazzle for Version 2.1 and for some of the future versions, we will mostly be locked to using Phoebe as a main DPS. But do not worry; she has more than enough damage to justify taking up your main DPS slot. Now then, let’s see what are some nice teams you can use her in.

Phoebe Best Team
Phoebe is a really easy character to build around, and while she may lack teammates for her sub-DPS playstyle, she has no shortage of units to boost her main DPS role. Right now, while there aren’t many Spectro units to combine with Phoebe, the ones that we do have are quite F2P friendly, making Phoebe one of the easiest units to build around.

Phoebe’s premium team consists of:

- The Shorekeeper
For this team, we are using Phoebe and Spectro Rover as the core of the team, and you should always want to have both of these units together, as Phoebe greatly benefits from Spectro Rover’s Frazzle application and honestly will greatly suffer without it. The Shorekeeper, on the other hand, is an amazing support and healer who will generally be useful in any team you use her in. Also worth noting is that if you’re using the Spectro Rover here, you will want to equip them with the Moonlit Clouds set to get the most damage out of Phoebe.

Phoebe’s alternative team consists of:

In this team we once again use the Phoebe/Spectro Rover core; however, instead of The Shorekeeper, we have her more F2P option, Verina. Verina has been one of the best healers ever since the game’s release, and you can still see her being a staple in almost all teams. She is a great support for Specto teams, and she works amazingly well with both the Spectro Rover and Phoebe. Similar to the premium team, in this team you will also want to run Spectro Rover with the Moonlit Clouds set to optimize on damage.

F2P Team

Phoebe’s free-to-play team consists of:

- Spectro Rover
- Mortefi
Coincidentally enough, Phoebe’s free-to-play team also happens to be one of her strongest teams, with the inclusion of both the Spectro Rover and Mortefi. Generally, the Spectro Rover is the best Frazzle applier in the game as of Version 2.1, and given that Phoebe generally wants to have Frazzle on enemies, they are a match made in heaven. You will want to have both of these units together at all times, regardless of the team. As for Mortefi, he is here to greatly boost the damage of Phoebe’s Heavy Attacks, and while Sanhua is a decent option as well, you will likely have her locked to some other team, but you can also use her here if you’d like.
