Given the incredibly high level of competition in the LCK, it seems that T1 might just not be able to qualify for MSI this year, with HLE, DK, and GEN seemingly dominating the region.
Following several weeks of matches in the Spring Regular Season, we have seen some incredible developments, and given the Fearless Draft changes that have further elevated the competitive experience for both players and fans, League of Legends Esports is looking to become quite the powerhouse.

Winner: GEN
An incredibly close game as both teams constantly traded kills and objectives. Despite T1 won most of the team fights, GEN maintained a slight gold lead over the reigning world champions. Not only were the team fights extremely volatile, but T1 somehow managed to come out on top and finally start snowballing their lead over GEN due to their quite easy-to-navigate front to back comp.
However, GEN found a fantastic fight around Elder as Canyon was able to steal it and brutally stomp T1, kicking off the series 1-0.

Winner: GEN
Another banger as both teams were at each others necks with T1 slowly falling behind in terms of tempo given how Canyon's Pantheon enabled GEN to claim objectives and get picks on the side lanes. What a nerve-wracking game as T1 tried so desperately to come back in this series, but GEN found a great angle and swept in for a clean 2-0 victory.
