Tuxedosam is one of the starter characters in Hello Kitty Island Adventures. His shop is responsible for selling you Clothing and allows you to change your appearance. As you progress in the game, his shop will also give you the ability to dye your clothing. Luckily, Tuxedosam is not directly involved in many main quest missions, so you do not have to rush to raise your Friendship Level with him. Each of these can be caught using the [Fishing Rod], which you get by raising your friendship with Badtz-maru. Each of these fish is easy to catch and is a great option as a gift, as each has a gift value of 4, meaning that you will get 4 Threads from Tuxedosam for each fish you give him.

How to Catch

To begin catching fish, you must first have a [Fishing Rod], which you can get by raising your friendship level with Badtz-maru and completing the related quest. The next best item you can give Tuxedosam is a [Candied Banana Coffee]. This item is one of the highest-value gifts for Tuxedosam, sitting at a gift value of 7. Having said that, you can only craft this item after you’ve upgraded your Espresso Machine. This can be done on your 2nd or 3rd day of playtime, so it takes a bit of time before you manage to get to this item, but after you do, it’s the best thing to give Tuxedosam. This is because the item is cheap to craft, and it rewards you with a lot of Thread.

How to Craft

To craft the Candied Banana Coffee, you will need three items. Those three items are a [Candlenut], a [Banana], and a [Candy Cloud]. You can get Candlenuts by giving gifts to Hangyodon. Bananas can be obtained by giving gifts to Pompompuring, and lastly, you can get Candy Clouds by giving gifts to Cinnamoroll. Each of these items is easy to obtain, and you’ll naturally get a lot of them as you increase your friendship level with the other characters.
