Tier List Explanation

This tier list will examine some of the most-played League of Legends champions in the jungle. Keep in mind that this is for Emerald+ divisions.
- S-Tier: The best champions you can use to ensure you are always victorious.
- A-Tier: Great options but lacking just slightly, either in terms of damage or utility.
- B-Tier: Viable and reliable in most situations, you can manage rather decently.
NOTE: Although this tier list strives to be as objective as possible in terms of viability, you should not limit yourself to strictly adhere to this list, but rather experiment and see which champion feels fun to play with.

S-Tier Jungle Lane Champions

The master of "you didn't see it coming" is in the S tier once again. Nocturne farms quickly, hits level 6 early, and then he turns into a literal monster. In ranked games where vision and coordination are often lacking, especially in low elo, he's a huge threat.

Viego is a versatile champ, which makes him a great Ranked pick. He offers a solid jungle clear, and hybrid build paths.

Jarvan is performing well in the LoL 15.14 meta thanks to his reliable early ganks, engage tools, and synergy with burst comps. His objective control and zone denial with Cataclysm is a great bonus.

Shaco has been a menace for a long time. He's annoying to play against, especially if the opponent knows how to use his kit effectively. Burst, split-push, or assassination — he aces it all.

Trundle is killing it in patch 25.14. He's a great duelist with amazing sustain. He's very hard to deal with, especially against melee matchups.

Warwick is a classic jungler pick. He's easy to play, has good sustain, and damage. WW is especially good in low elo, if you're feeling stuck and you want a simple champion that's easy to turn the tide with.

When hasn't Master Yi been one of the best junglers to pull off? He's easy to play but insanely threatening. In low elo, most players don't know how to handle him.

Pantheon works well in 25.14's Ranked due to strong early pressure, lane ganks, and map presence through his ultimate. He can surely become a huge issue for the opponents if played well.

A-Tier Jungle Lane Champions

LoL Patch 25.14 brought a small buff to Briar's ultimate. Briar is now cleansed when the missile hits and is immune to CC for the 1.25s cast animation that plays after the missile hits.

Kayn is a very reliable Ranked pick if you know what you're doing with him. He offers a fast clear, and strong wall mobility. This jungler can easily control the map and pull off some spectacular ganks.

Playing Diana just feels so good. She's mobile, she's fast, she deals decent damage. Her ganks are so easy and satisfying. Also, Diana can pull off some versatile builds.

Despite Nidalee being a pro-play staple, you can still find her in solo queue due to the great damage she brings to the Summoner's Rift, and clear speed that allows you to roam the map incredibly fast.

Bel’Veth scales extremely well, and she shines bright in team fights, especially the longer ones. Her attack scaling, true damage, and ultimate void remora army turn her into a menace in League of Legends' jungle.

Flexible builds, good sailing, and great dueling - Jax is still a very decent choice for Ranked. Yeah, he’s a little weak early on, but he gets way more dangerous as the game progresses.

Lee Sin is amongst the most popular LoL champions due to how reliable he is. You just can't go wrong with him - a classic and simple champ. Yes, he got his AD nerfed in patch 25.14, but this won't get him down.

Wukong is a great pick due to his team fighting and relatively good mobility in skirmishes.

Great character design and good performance - what more can you ask for? Zac can pull off some fun ganks, plus his passive healing and CC are a game changer.

B-Tier Jungle Champions

This seductress is still a decent choice for Ranked thanks to her passive invisibility. Also, Evelynn is kind of underrated in low elo, so you can work with that. However, she’s in B-tier because she struggles into heavy invade comps or early aggression.

Hecarim offers strong engage and decent scaling. He's a pretty good pick for the jungle, especially paired with enchanters or dive-heavy comps.

Yup, Zyra is still a valid choice for Ranked. She offers surprisingly fast clear thanks to her plants and strong objective control with zone pressure. Just keep in mind that such off-meta picks are always meant for the seasoned players.

Lillia is not as strong as most players might expect her to be (especially keeping in mind her glory days from the beginning of the season), and yet she offers some great CC in team fights and great clear speeds.
