LoL Patch 25.14 Tier List - Best Top Lane Champions

Fiora is having her moment in the current top lane meta. She got her R buffed in patch 25.14. Fiora offers not only cool character design but also high scaling, strong 1v1 potential, and great split-pushing.

Similar to Fiora, Darius got some help from the recent update. His Q missing health heal has been buffed. Darius is a monster in low to mid-ELO games, turning into a real lane bully.

Sett is a great Ranked pick due to easy playstyle, massive AoE damage, and crowd control. He's a very reliable choice you shouldn't sleep on. The small nerf in the current patch won't bring Sett down. 

Jax is keeping his S-tier spot. Late-game, he's absolutely unstoppable, both when it comes to damage and split-pushing. He's the type of character that can help you do everything on your own in solo queue.

Shen climbed to the S-tier a few patches ago, and he's here to stay. His global ultimate can be a lot of help in solo queue, especially when the other lanes are behind. 

Mundo goes where he pleases, but this time he's staying... in the S tier. He offers tankiness, anti-CC passive, and strong sustain.

Aatrox is another lane bully to look out for. He shines bright in team fights because his ultimate allows him to turn the tide around.

Ambessa brings some great mobility and damage to the Summoner's Rift, especially in the late game. Although you need to be a lot more careful during the laning phase, you can easily scale up and become a threat to the enemy carries.

LoL Patch 25.14 nerfed Riven's passive, but she's still a decent ranked pick. She still has her high mobility and ability to solo carry with good mechanics.

Garen is an extremely easy champion to play, and you shouldn't overlook this fact, especially if you're stuck in low elo hell. He has high durability, sustain, and damage. 

Teemo is small but mighty, especially when it comes to his sneaky mushroom damage. He's the type of champion that cocky and aggressive toplaners can't handle.

Kled got a massive adjustment in LoL patch 15.14. The recent buffs made him stronger in extended trades, giving him more durability in teamfights as well. Increased courage from minions, better remount armor/MR scaling, and R scaling changes allow him to function better as a bruiser-diver hybrid in ranked, where chaotic fights favor his aggressive playstyle.

Ornn is a reliable frontline for teams lacking proper engage and peeling, making it a viable and consistent top lane pick for players wanting to provide their team with extra stats and a beefy flame-belching blacksmith.

Gragas is a flexible pick in Ranked. He can offer you sustain, CC, and burst, and he's able to bully melee champs in the top lane early on. Meanwhile, he's remaining tanky and useful even if behind.

Nasus does well in ranked because of his infinite scaling, strong wither against ADCs or bruisers, and ease of punishing teams that don’t know how to shut him down early. Also, you just gotta love his character design!

Irelia is bringing in more wins for players, especially those skillful enough to navigate her weaknesses while also taking full advantage of her dueling capabilities. 

One of the stars of Arcane finds himself in a simply 'okay' state. Jayce has strong early poke and lane control, giving him the upper hand in the lane phase.

Yone can offer you some decent scaling, mobility, and high outplay potential. Learning how to punish the enemy's mistakes is crucial. He's a make it or break it type of character in low elo.

Poppy relies on tankiness and crowd control. She's a solid, classic pick against mobile opponents.

Tryndamere is another great pick in LoL because of his split-pushing strength. This is quite useful in low elo when your team is falling behind. He also has insane outplay potential, thanks to his ult.
