Genji's Oni Legendary Skin is returning and will be available for purchase. This skin has been popular since its release in OW1, and getting it has become a big deal because of how rarely it returns to the game. However, this time is different from previous promotions. There are some requirements you need to meet to obtain the skin. Find out the details below.

In the current promotion, you can get Oni Genji for $75 until September 16. Well, at least that’s how much you have to spend in the OW2 store to get it. Blizzard revealed that, in order to get Genji's Legendary Skin, you need to spend $75 or more on merchandise in the Blizzard Gear store. After doing so, you will receive a digital code, which you can redeem.
That’s not all. Despite the fact that the skin will be available at such a steep price, not all OW players will be eligible to purchase it. The promotion is only available to U.S. residents who have a U.S. billing address and are over 18.

Understandably, Overwatch fans have very mixed feelings about this. On one hand, there are those who are excited to see the skin come back despite its price. It has been very rare to catch this skin in a promotion over the years, so some players are willing to splurge a little. People online have been saying that at least you get both the merch you purchase and the Oni skin.
On the other hand, some people think this is far too expensive, especially for a skin from the original game that many acquired for free. Either way, it's certain that some fans will take advantage of the offer.
What do you think? Would you spend this much cash for the Legendary Genji Oni Skin, or is it not worth it? Check out our website for the most recent OW2 updates and interesting content.
