Apart from all the amazing weapons to choose from in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, the game offers plenty of opportunities for winning rewards and completing some of the most challenging missions you've ever seen. However, no matter what you do, you'll always have to keep track of the time.

The new title has unique mechanics that feature a day and night cycle, which you can control by sleeping in a base. Of course, switching between day, noon, and night will also bring some gameplay changes. In this guide, we'll show you how to make time pass in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl How To Pass The Time

The only way to pass the time in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is to find a bed and sleep. To do so, you need to locate the trader in the Zalissya base during the beginning stages of your journey. However, if you take more time to access this feature, it won't disappear; almost all bases you'll visit will have at least one bed available for you.

Once you get to the Zalissya base, complete the mission called Stalker Wisdom. After you're done with this step, simply go to the building with the trader, turn left, and you'll find yourself in a room with countless beds. You can use whichever one you want, as long as it's in a corner.

Moreover, you'll gain access to a personal storage space where you can keep your items while you're resting. It's important to note that sleeping doesn't only change the time of the day; it also restores your Health to its maximum value and keeps your character's performance excellent.

Although finding a bed and sleeping in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl isn't that complicated, sometimes when you try to lie down, the game will send you a notification that you can't sleep due to a Status Ailment. This happens when your character is inflicted with a status effect, bleeding, or hungry. The only way to be able to fall asleep in this situation is by fixing the Status Ailment by eating or healing, depending on your problem.

In any case, when you wake up, you'll be hungry. If you want to sleep more, eat first, and then try once again. Have fun and good luck on your next adventure! For more information about the latest gaming news and guides, you can check out the following articles:
