Valorant Patch 9.04 Maps & Important Bug Fixes
Abyss has gone through several changes in Valorant Patch 9.04, and players are happy to see that the Mid and A Sites no longer allow Agent abilities to go through walls. Moreover, the pre-round barriers around the edges are now more visible. Lotus doesn't have a visual issue with Agents floating next to the rope anymore, and the geometry gap in A Main has been fixed.
When it comes to Premier, there was an error where the schedule would scroll inconsistently with collapsing or expanding weeks, but thankfully, it is no longer there. Additionally, the Traditional Control preset now allows you to switch between Primary and Secondary Weapon without any issues. The D-Pad and Stick inputs are also fixed, and they cannot change toggleable settings.
Valorant Patch 9.04 Competitive Updates & Gameplay
Riot Games solved the problem, where ranked updates in the Match History page did not display properly, as well as the problem with the navigation of side elements on the Leaderboard page.
The tactical timeout rules in Premier and Tournament Mode Custom Games have been adjusted, and teams can now take 2 timeouts that they can call at any time. Opening the additional details panel of the combat report used to happen by pressing Tab + M3, but it is now changed to just M3.
Valorant Patch 9.04 Known Issues
The developers of Valorant are aware that other issues exist as well, such as the problem with Vyse's damaging abilities that display incorrectly in the Combat reports. However, it seems like they are more than motivated to continue improving the gameplay experience for all players.
