With Patch 14.4 now live, we already have information for the upcoming update coming to League of Legends. FrankTheBoxMonster on Reddit has shared more valuable information from the PBE so we will be taking a closer look.
Although these changes might not be final, it seems Rioters are looking at adjusting Diana, Kai'Sa and Seraphine. League of Legends is constantly seeing balance changes to either stop overpowered champions from dominating ranked or to bring more viable picks into the champion pool.
We will go through all of the changes in this recent datamine to see what we can expect in the next League of Legends balance change update.

- Reset Cooldown: 0.5 seconds ⇒ 0.25 seconds
Rek'Sai
Queen's Wrath (Q Unburrowed)
- Q attacks are once again uncancelable
Void Rush (R)
- R wrapper now has a 0.001s cast time instead of being instant cast so that it can be buffered properly with the Q attacks

LoL Patch 14.5 PBE Item Changes
Rod of Ages
- Bugfix: can no longer buy a second Rod of Ages after having Ornn upgrade your first one (this second one also starts at max stacks although does not grant an extra level-up)
Runaan's Hurricane
- Can now be purchased on melee champions
- Bolts now have a minimum range of 350
- Tooltip now notes that bolt damage scales with on-hit modifiers
