Evelyn is a unit that requires a bit more setup than a regular DPS character, but she is definitely worth it for users who prefer a more tactical playstyle and a burst DPS-oriented character. Evelyn Best Teams
Evelyn is a Fire unit and a character that revolves around unleashing a ton of damage through Chain Attacks. Both of these mean that Evelyn will do well with units that can support her damage in some way or another and characters that can quickly stun enemies so that she can unleash a number of Chain Attacks during a stun window.

Evelyn’s premium team consists of:
There is no doubt that Evelyn’s stronger team involves both Astra Yao and Lighter. Astra Yao is currently the premium support for Evelyn thanks to her various buffs and ability to set up Chain Attacks easily with her Ultimate. By pairing them together, you also unlock the possibility of using a Bangboo that uses the new faction, making these two a great core for any team. Lighter, on the other hand, is the premium stunner for any Fire team. His ability to quickly stun enemies and increase the stun duration makes him a perfect pair for Evelyn, who greatly benefits from a longer stun duration.

Alternative Team

Evelyn’s alternative team consists of:

This alternative team can also be considered slightly more free-to-play friendly thanks to the inclusion of both Lucy and Koleda. While it may be a bit weaker than the premium variant, it is still a decent option to go for. Lucy is an all-around a great support, and Evelyn can fully use all of the buffs that she gives. Koleda also fits this team nicely thanks to her quick Daze buildup. She can quickly stun enemies and allow Evelyn to unleash her Chain Attacks. Another good replacement that you could use for Koleda is Qingyi. Qingyi can greatly increase an enemy’s Stun DMG Multiplier and boost Evelyn’s damage. However, it is worth noting that enemies who are weak to Fire generally tend to have a resistance to Electric, so picking Qingyi might not always be viable.

Lastly, Evelyn’s F2P team uses units that any player in ZZZ already has. Nicole has always been an amazing F2P support, and while she’s not as great as Lucy or Astra Yao for Evelyn, she can still provide a decent amount of DMG boost. Anby is also an amazing alternative for a F2P stunner if you’re missing any of the options above, but we advise switching her out as soon as you get a better stun unit, as Anby’s daze buildup tends to be a bit slow.
